Dear Dos,
I wandered into the first Dos Coyotes outpost in Davis
during 1991 and the place blew me away. I'm still blown
away every time I return. I'm not the only one who raves
about Dos Coyotes' innovative and healthful cuisine. Everyone
I know offers compliments about the food, which is prepared
fresh every day, without lard or MSG. It's always worth
a special trip to taste the charbroiled chicken and steak,
or the mahi-mahi, salmon or shrimp marinated in citrus and
herbs. Even our vegetarian friends find restorative, guilt-free
treats at Dos Coyotes. When I have my Dos, I know I'm living.
I can't imagine being without it.
