Oakshade Town Center is a 104,000 square foot retail development located at the intersection of Cowell Boulevard and Pole Line Road, serving the prosperous south Davis community. The center is home to the largest and highest volume grocery store in Davis, as well as the only office products supplier and drive-thru pharmacy in the city.

Directions...
From San Francisco, take I-80 east to the Richards Boulevard exit. Turn south (left) on Richards Boulevard, which becomes Cowell Boulevard. Travel approximately 1/2 mile and turn left into the Oakshade Town Center at the Valdora Street intersection.

From Reno, take I-80 west to the Richards Boulevard South exit. Merge onto Richards Boulevard, which becomes Cowell Boulevard. Travel approximately 1/2 mile and turn left into the Oakshade Town Center at the Valdora Street intersection.
